Mari is a part of Mariposa which means ​butterfly in Spanish. The rose gold shears symbolize me, my craft, ​and a pair of my favorite shears that are Rose Gold.

Desiree Mari Hair Policies

Booking

50% retainer & signed contract to book any appointment with balance due 7 days ​prior to your appointment. If you are scheduling an appointment that is within 7 days ​I require payment in full & a signed contract. A convenience fee of 10% may be ​applied for drop ins or last minute appointment.s.

Rescheduling

If a client needs to reschedule for any reason they have 72 hours prior to do so in ​order to credit their retainer towards their rescheduled date. Rescheduled ​appointments must be within 2 weeks of original booking in order to redeem retainer ​credit otherwise retainer will be kept as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations

If the client has to cancel their appointment for any reason the retainer fee is applied ​towards the cancellation and the client must re-book with new paid retainer and ​contract.. No show clients will be treated as cancellations. .
